a stay with small hiccups

central location comfortable bed room sofa early noise staff warning compensation absence

the location had me close to the city center, a convenience i needed. the bed offered a nice comfort. i slept soundly . the room included a sofa, a special treat.

the constant work noise really disturbed the peace. it started at 6:30 am, even on saturday. they did not give apologies and i got no compensations.

helpful staff good location key card no alternative

the staff was very polite and helpful. the location felt perfect because it was near many places to eat.

the hotel, it was full when I wanted to extend my stay, and they didn't offer alternatives. my key card didn't worked, and I had to return to reception multiple times from the 6th floor.

the hotel room was spacious. it felt clean and well-kept. the location made getting around convenient , as i could easily walk to different parts of the area. the gym was accessible and offered equipment for a quick workout.

the coffee machine at breakfast was slow , causing slight delays.
